What is the difference between the terms Authentic, Official and Original?
we use all 3 terms to indicate that it is an officially licensed product. We only use "Authentic" for the English translation, we have chosen this because it is then clearer for our English-speaking customers that it is an Official product. so in short Authentic means Official item in this case.
How do I Pay?
If you live outside Europe then only paypal is allowed.
Within Europe but outside the Netherlands you can use Sofort banking as payment method(cheaper then paypal in most cases)
People within the EU zone 1 can also pay by bank transfer.

when do i have to pay?
please pay within 3 working days, if the payment hasn't received by then. then the products will be put back on the webshop.
do out of sale products will be back?
some are, some don't.
some might be "one of a kind" and don't return
can i send the product back if i don't like it?

Return should be done in the original package, in the original condition in which the goods are delivered. If it appears that the goods have been used or damaged, the right of rescission expires. Aniworld4u will be within 30 days of receipt of the goods, the purchase price excluding the shipping refund to you. Shipping costs of the return of goods is entirely at the expense of the buyer.
4.2 right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• services where performance, with the consent of the consumer, is running for the period of 14 days
• goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market, which the supplier has no influence
• goods which are manufactured according to specifications of the consumer, such as customization, or clearly personalized character
• for goods or services that can not be returned because of their nature, for example for hygiene or spoil or age quickly
• Audio and video recordings, dvd's and computer software which the consumer has broken the seal
• Products that are damaged and not reported immediately arrived on the day of delivery. If you wait longer that will invalidate the right of withdrawal and counts as a used product and can not be returned or are eligible for a fee. Birthday gifts always check yourself first.
• in plushes that are delivered with hang tag if they are removed, we can no longer accept returns. the product counts as used.

yes we can, please contact us for the express delivery rates. they vary much with each country. paypal payment is required to process your order ASAP. please be aware that this method is very expansive.
